The Hub is delighted to present a three hour 45 minute playlist by St Andrew's Catholic Secondary School Year 10 student Ella Perkin. Following an exchange about her career ambitions and her interest in popular music, at a careers event at the school.
I Love Rock'n'Roll!
Ella says: "I love guitar music. I love it from the beginning of guitar music to where it is currently. This playlist is a travel through time from the 50s to the late 90s. It really shows the evolution of guitar music through the generations."

Ella's playlist takes a broad and eclectic journey through guitar music from the fifties to the nineties. Starting with Buddy Holly's Everyday from 1958 to The Drifter's 1964 Saturday Night at The Movies. To Rod Stewart's 1979 Maggie May, Bon Jovi's 1986 You Give Love a Bad Name and Nirvana's 1993 Heart Shaped Box.
